The highest yoga is the one that finds a still place always existent within.
The word sanga represents a commitment to this place.

Yogasanga was established in 2013 by Andrew Trotter after 4 years of intensive study with Angelika Knoerzer in Sydney, Australia. During his apprenticeship, Andrew had the privilege of learning from a rich group of practitioners and teachers, all of which have contributed to what he is offering today.
Yogasanga's purpose has always been very simple: to provide a stable, easeful and community oriented space for yoga to be shared, appreciated and experienced. Andrew's style of teaching is light, natural, but above all seeks to honour those teachers and the tradition of yoga.
He is always open to chat if you want to know more, or come along to try a class and see if it's your cup of tea.
