Our next beginner’s course is starting on the 3rd of November, held at the beautiful studio space above Piko Wholefoods, 229 Kilmore Street.
This 6 week course is about learning the fundamentals of Ashtanga yoga. We’ll discover how to breath fully, how to synchronise our movement with the breath (vinyasa) and how to incorporate more subtle aspects still to create a flowing meditative movement.
By the end of the course, you will be able to continue this practice at home or (like many students) continue to develop it at our other regular weekly classes.
You will get lots of personal attention and there is always ample time for questions.
This is a great course if you are inquisitive about the wider philosophy of Yoga and also an ideal refresher for the more experienced student.
